The justice system is one of the most essential elements of a democratic country. With proper justice system, people could seek the justice they are looking for. The absence of a justice system is one of the bigger proofs of an anarchic style of governance. Dictatorship often breeds violence and injustice. A government cannot continue its hold to power simply by terrorizing its people. There are a lot of other ways to get the mandate of the people and violence should never be one of those. It is important for everyone to be given a fair and a free trial. This is the only way that policy makers will be assured that the proper process of law has been followed by the people involved in that particular judicial system. Without the rule of law, people would learn now justice and would seek no regulations. Criminals are punished at the full extent of the capability of law which is enshrined in a country's constitution. The constitution assures individuals of their proper rights and privileges in the state. Without the constitution, the country will be in chaos and civil disobedience would be everywhere. It is a must for people to know that every action has an equal reaction. If a person violates the law, basically that person will be persecuted at the greatest extent of the constitution. Most of the time, suspects are placed in prisons while their cases are being judged by federal courts. Once the federal court finds the suspect guilty, he or she will be placed in a countyjail. Most countyjail worldwide are small jails for few people. Some of the people in a countyjail are those who have commited crimes against another person, usually termed as criminal cases. These criminal cases are decided upon by a criminal court, which was stated earlier already. It is really hard to live in a countyjail. Number one, most of these places are really small for the number of people living, the prisoners do not get enough nutrition from the food served in this places. Also, violence is prevalent in these detention centers because other accused or criminals could be so desperate with their lives that they are willing to do bad things to their cell mates. All countries must always comply to the proper standards of justice which is, never jail an innocent man. Just imagine the trauma that a man suffers from being jailed because of something he did not do.  A countyjail could destroy a life of a father, a son, a brother, a husband or a friend. Laws must be taken seriously and must be implemented correctly.
